As Associate Professor and Assistant Director of the School of Theatre and Dance in the College of the Arts at the University of Florida where she was recently selected as Undergraduate Mentor of the Year, Jen also directs the Graduate Design Program blending design theory with industry expertise. Her research agenda interweaves her professional design work with inquiry into the application of design as a systems-oriented practice demonstrating how cross-disciplinary methods can generate innovative outcomes, strengthen organizations, and reimagine the role of design as a catalyst for cultural and social transformation.
